1. First of all log in your account in facebook application aur any browser.
2. Go to that account which is not a real account or which you want to report.
3. Click on 'More' or 3 dots there.
4. Click on 'Report'
5. Click on 'This is a fake account'
6. Select 'Submit to Facebook for Review' and click on 'Done' button.
After that your report will be submitted and facebook will review that profile as soon as possible, and if facebook find that profile as a fake account, than that fake account will be blocked or deleted by facebook.
but if your report gone wrong than facebook can also block your account. So never report a real facebook account.
